This week’s blog post is pretty fun and easy however it is
time sensitive. April is “Hyatt Thrive’s Global Month of Community Service”
when their employees give back yet they are also calling to community members
to also give back. By “committing to thrive” in the month of April, read a book
to a child, plant a tree, serve a meal, etc. you are not only helping your
community but Hyatt will also donate a book to a child in need. For every “share”
they get of the “commit to thrive” badge they will donate a book. You can share
this on Facebook, Twitter, and Google+. This has to be done by April 30 so make
sure to share the badge soon. Since the month is almost over, I would think if
you volunteered at any point in the month of April, it would be appropriate to
share the badge. So take a look back at this past month, and decide if you want
to “commit to thrive” and share a book with a child.
Until next week,
Annie
